How to use an Airtime Transfer ticket ?
transfertpays enables you to offer airtime communication to family or friends living in the countries part of the service’s network :
- Use the secret code localized on the back of the voucher bought from your local point of sale
- Fill in your interlocutor’s phone number preceded by 00 and the country code (ex Senegal: 00221 + phone N°)

Can I transfer credit on all and any mobile phones in Africa ?
The service enables to top up prepaid accounts of the following partner operators’ customers :

Why do I have to validate to confirm the transaction ?
We are not allowed to reimburse a recharge which would have been credited on a prepaid account by mistake.
This is the reason why we ask users to validate the transaction. It acts as a confirmation process thus decreasing the possibilities to make mistakes done when entering a wrong phone number.

Does it cost anything to me or to the beneficiary ?
None. The transferred credit will add up to the current credit balance of the beneficiary.

What if the beneficiary’s prepaid account is not refilled after the transaction has been processed ?
Your transfertpays / Airtime Transfer ticket recharge will be credited back to your account.

What is the validity period of the credits ?
A transfer is taken into account as soon as the transfer and the payment transactions have been validated.
This credit is then automatically delivered on the beneficiary’s prepaid account.

What is 3Dsecure ?
One of the best authentification process to safeguard financial transactions !

3D Secure is one of the most advanced authentication process created by several different credit card companies to help secure what is called CNP (Cardholder Not Present) transactions online.

Here you will find the different steps to pay with a 3D secure payment :
1/ Choose what you want to buy
2/ Enter your credit or debit card details
3/ Those informations are transmitted to your bank. Then, it asks you to authenticate thanks to one of those codes (depend of your bank) :
